Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of the technical integration platform and API solutions intended for online stores. By accessing the services, you fully accept the terms described below.

Subject and Definition of Services

The Provider makes available to merchants a suite of programming interfaces (APIs) and automation tools for payment processing and inventory management. Services include data synchronization between ERP systems and e-commerce platforms, transaction centralization, and operational reporting.

The APIs are delivered as secure, technically documented endpoints that are updated periodically. Access is granted based on unique authentication keys generated after the contract is concluded.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to maintain a reasonable level of service availability, to notify the merchant of planned interruptions, and to provide technical support during business hours from 09:00 to 18:00 on working days.

The merchant is obligated to use the APIs exclusively for their intended purpose, not to attempt to bypass security measures, and to maintain the confidentiality of access keys. Any unauthorized use will result in the immediate suspension of the account.

Technical Limitations

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of internet network failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure. The merchant is responsible for the compatibility of their own infrastructure with the API specifications.

Liability and Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or business interruptions caused by improper use of the services. The total liability of the Provider for any claim shall not exceed the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

If the services do not comply with the documented specifications, the merchant has the right to request remediation within 15 working days. If remediation is not possible, the contract may be terminated without penalty.

Modification of Terms and Termination of Contract

The Provider may update these terms with 30 days' prior notice. The merchant has the right to withdraw from the services within the notice period without additional costs.

The contract may be terminated unilaterally by the Provider in the event of a serious breach of obligations, including fraudulent use of the APIs or non-payment of invoices on time. After termination, the merchant's data will be deleted within 90 days, except for data necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

Contact Information and Legal Aspects

For questions regarding the interpretation or application of these terms, the merchant may contact the Provider at: B-dul. Henri Coandă 9, phone 0750976470 or email info@ecommerceapi.com.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably, and in case of failure, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bucharest municipality.
